Introduction

Welcome to DraftXV. By creating an account or using our web and mobile apps ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the Service.

Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age in your jurisdiction (typically 13+) to register. By signing up, you confirm you meet that requirement.

Account Registration & Security

• You authenticate via a secure third-party authentication service.
• Keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.

Service Description

DraftXV lets you build and manage fantasy rugby teams, join leagues, and view standings and statistics. We offer a paid Pro subscription with premium features; see the Subscription Terms section below for details.

User Content & Conduct

• You retain ownership of anything you post (team names, profile details, etc.) but grant us a license to display and use it.
• Prohibited content includes illegal, infringing, defamatory, or obscene material. We may remove such content and suspend accounts.

Intellectual Property

All logos, design, code, and interface elements are owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, adapt, or distribute them without our permission.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers for:

• Authentication & user management
• Data hosting & databases
• Image storage & delivery
• Payment processing (Stripe and Apple App Store)

These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations and only to deliver the Service.

Subscription Terms

DraftXV offers a Pro subscription that provides access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Price & Billing: The Pro subscription is billed monthly at the price displayed at checkout (varies by region). Your payment method will be charged automatically each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel. You will be charged the applicable monthly fee at each renewal.
• How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Cancel Subscription" button on the Pro page in your account, via the Stripe billing portal, or by emailing support@draftxv.com. For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, cancellation must be done through your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Effect of Cancellation: When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, but no partial refund is issued for the remaining days of the current period (except during the cooling-off period described below).
• 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: After each automatic renewal, you have 14 days to cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of that billing period. To exercise this right, cancel via your account or contact support@draftxv.com within 14 days of the renewal date. For Apple App Store purchases, refunds must be requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Renewal Reminders: We will send you a reminder email before your subscription renews, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations. These emails are legally required and will be sent regardless of your email notification preferences.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. You will be notified by email before any price increase takes effect. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
• Payment Methods: Payments on the web and Android are processed securely via Stripe. Payments on iOS are processed through the Apple App Store. You may also cancel a recurring payment by contacting your bank or card issuer directly.
• Off-Season Pause: Your subscription may be paused during the rugby off-season. During a pause, no charges will be made and you will retain access to Pro features. Your subscription will automatically resume before the start of the new season, and you will be notified by email in advance.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available."
• To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. We'll post the new date at the top; continued use means you accept the changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
