Introduction

Welcome to DraftXV. By creating an account or using our web and mobile apps ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the Service.

Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age in your jurisdiction (typically 13+) to register. By signing up, you confirm you meet that requirement.

Account Registration & Security

• You authenticate via a secure third-party authentication service.
• Keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• You're responsible for all activity under your account.

Service Description

DraftXV lets you build and manage fantasy rugby teams, join leagues, and view standings and statistics. We may offer free and paid subscription tiers; see the Subscription Terms section below for details.

User Content & Conduct

• You retain ownership of anything you post (team names, profile details, etc.) but grant us a license to display and use it.
• Prohibited content includes illegal, infringing, defamatory, or obscene material. We may remove such content and suspend accounts.

Intellectual Property

The DraftXV name and branding, and any original designs, software, code, interface elements, and original content created by DraftXV for the Service, are owned by us. You may not copy, adapt, or distribute them without our permission, except as permitted by law.

The Service may display or refer to names, trademarks, competition names, team names, logos, and other intellectual property belonging to third parties, including rugby clubs, competitions, organisations, brands, players, and other rights holders. Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. References to a third-party organisation or trademark do not, by themselves, imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with DraftXV.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers for:

• Authentication & user management
• Data hosting & databases
• Image storage & delivery
• Payment processing through web payment providers and app-store billing systems

These providers may process data in connection with delivering the Service. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply when you use their services.

Subscription Terms

DraftXV may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions provide access to the benefits described at the time of purchase. Before you purchase, we will display the applicable price, benefits, and billing period. By purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to the following:

• Price & Billing: Your payment method will be charged the price displayed before purchase for the billing period shown at that time.
• Auto-Renewal: Where applicable, your subscription will automatically renew for the billing period shown before purchase unless you cancel before the applicable renewal date. You will be charged the price applicable at each renewal, subject to the Price Changes term below.
• How to Manage or Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription using the mechanisms provided by the platform through which you subscribed. For example, web subscriptions may be managed through the account or billing portal made available to you, while app-store subscriptions must be managed through the relevant app-store account settings. You may contact support@draftxv.com if you need help identifying the applicable mechanism.
• Effect of Cancellation: Subject to any applicable cooling-off or refund rights and the terms of your payment platform, a cancelled subscription will generally remain active until the end of the current billing period. If a cooling-off cancellation or refund is accepted, access may end sooner. The applicable platform will show or communicate the effect of cancellation.
• 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Where this right applies to your subscription, you may have 14 days after an automatic renewal to cancel and request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of that billing period. Eligibility, refund amounts, and the request process may depend on applicable law and the terms of the payment platform through which you subscribed. For purchases through an app-store billing system, refund requests must be made through that platform using its applicable process; Apple App Store refund requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com. For other subscriptions, contact support@draftxv.com within 14 days of the renewal date.
• Renewal Reminders: Where applicable, renewal reminders may be provided by us or by the payment platform through which you subscribed, in accordance with applicable law and that platform's terms. The availability and timing of reminders may depend on your subscription and payment platform.
• Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. We or the applicable payment platform will provide any notice required by applicable law or the platform's terms. If you do not agree to a price change, you can use the applicable platform's cancellation mechanism before the change takes effect.
• Payment Platforms: Subscriptions may be purchased through different authorised payment platforms depending on your device or platform, including relevant app-store billing systems and web payment providers. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund arrangements may also be governed by the terms of the payment platform through which you subscribed.
• Off-Season Pause: Where available for your subscription, it may be paused during the rugby off-season. Eligibility and handling may differ by payment platform. When a pause or resumption applies, we or the applicable platform will provide the relevant details, including the effect on charges and access and the expected resumption timing.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available."
• To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. We'll post the new date at the top; continued use means you accept the changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
